HOW DOES IT WORK?
1. Very simple! Do you have more than 30 screens? Please ask us for the collection form and print it out. Add the completed form to your box and send it to us. (Address in Buyback form)
2. Once we have received the screens, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
3. After our Buyback specialist has tested your screens you will receive a test report from us by e-mail.
4. If your approval is given, the total value of the screens will be refunded within 5 working days.
FOLLOW THIS PROCESS
1. Collect at least 40 broken screens and make sure to package them carefully.
2. Use bubble foil to wrap around the screens.
3. Put the wrapped screens into the box and fill up the space around them, making sure that the screens don't have much space left to move.
4. Do not forget to add the completed buyback form to the box.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Original and refurbished screens of all brands and models.
The broken screens will be refurbished. Producing a new device costs a lot of raw materials, which we save with with refurbishing. We also ensure that less electronic waste is produced.
For sending we ask having at least 30 screens.
We will visit your location starting with a minimum quantity of 40 screens. (Service available only for customers in the BENELUX area.)
The majority of our customers prefer to be paid by shopcredit for our online shop.
Of course, several options are possible. Please let us know what your wishes are.
We test your broken screens honestly and reliably and at your location. This is done by means of a test box or test device. Want to see how we test? No problem, our buyback specialist will give you all the information you need. Everything is done honestly and transparently.
After testing your screens, you will receive a test report by email, do you agree to this? Then you will receive the payment within 5 working days.
The moment you have sent a package to us and you do not agree with the test result, we will charge a €25 research fee. After we have received this amount, we will send your package back to the address of origin.
