QianLi troubleshooting tips

Dear customer, 

QianLi programmers rely on market and product updates, this means that not all functions may be available at all times. We would like to inform you about the latest updated we received, regarding the unavailability of the battery function for iPhone X series.

Current warning: The battery function for the iPhone X series on iCopy and Apollo is currently unavailable.

Keeping QianLi tools up to date

QianLi tools require updates, for this reason it is important to upgrade any QianLi product to the latest update available.

To use and update the QianLi tool from your desktop, you will need the required QLCXRepair firmware. You will be able to download the firmware once you are registered on the QianLi website. After registering, the program can be downloaded from the following link:

For updates regarding the iCopy Plus board, a download of the specific iCopy Plus firmware is required. You will find this download in the link below:

Each QianLi device requires the firmware designated for that specific device, so therefore it is important to download the firmware that corresponds with your board. After downloading the correct software, the device needs to be connected to your pc.

Once the QianLi device is connected, you need to press the “off/on” and “read” button until the update screen on the QianLi itself appears. Click on the update button in the QLCXRepair program and select the update firmware that you downloaded earlier. 

Now, the machine will start to update automatically. If this is not the case, click on “upgrade my device”. Once the update is done, the machine will restart itself.


Before returning QianLi devices


Before returning your device, we politely ask you to update your QianLi to the latest firmware by following the instructions as mentioned before. If any problems occur, we need you to send us a video of the error that appears. This way, we can try to help you solve the problem. The video may be sent via WhatsApp to your Sales Manager, or by email to info@4phones.eu.
